Hi Hong, thanks for your comments on my ghost picture. Re your question, I'm an administrator in a college. It's not terribly challenging but it pays the bills and it suits me because it means I have time and head space to focus on other things (mainly drawing and writing) rather than getting bogged down with "career advancement". I'm curious, why do you ask?
